Mobrial Account and Data Deletion

Mobrial users can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time.

How to request account deletion

  1. Open the Mobrial app.
  2. Sign in using the same Google account used in the app.
  3. Go to Profile / Account Settings.
  4. Choose Delete Account, or contact us by email.

Contact us at info@mobrial.com with the subject "Delete My Mobrial Account".

Deletion timeline

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.

Data deleted

  • User account/profile information
  • Saved favorite mobiles
  • App preferences linked to the account
  • Search/recommendation history linked to the account, if stored

Data that may be retained

  • Security logs, abuse-prevention logs, or legal records may be retained for a limited period where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
