Agreement
By using Mobrial, creating an account, placing an order, listing products, or communicating through Mobrial, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Buyer Policy, Seller Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Coin Policy, and Anti-Fraud Policy.
Marketplace Role
Mobrial operates as an online mobile phone, gadget, and electronics marketplace. In the initial phase, Mobrial may sell products directly. In later phases, approved sellers may list and sell products through the platform.
Account Responsibility
Users must provide correct name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, and payment details. Fake information, unreachable phone numbers, wrong addresses, repeated parcel refusal, false claims, payment fraud, or platform misuse may result in order cancellation, account suspension, blacklisting, or legal action.
Product Information
- Mobrial tries to display accurate product names, images, prices, specifications, PTA status, warranty information, variants, colors, and availability.
- Minor differences may exist due to supplier updates, brand changes, market availability, lighting, packaging variation, or data correction.
- Mobile product pages must clearly mention whether the item is brand new sealed box, open box, used/refurbished, PTA approved or non-PTA, and the warranty type.
- If a product is not marked as used, open box, or refurbished, it will be treated as brand-new sealed box.
Orders and Payments
An order is confirmed only when Mobrial accepts it and sends confirmation through website, email, SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call. Mobrial may cancel or hold orders for verification, stock unavailability, suspicious activity, wrong price, payment issue, address issue, or fraud risk. High-value orders may require advance payment and COD may be refused for risky orders.
Fraud Prevention
Mobrial may record order history, payment status, IP/device information, courier tracking, seller dispatch evidence, buyer claim evidence, chat history, and product serial/IMEI information. False claims, product swapping, box resealing, fake damage claims, fake payment screenshots, abusive behavior, or courier fraud may result in account suspension, rejected refund, seller penalty, blacklisting, and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
Coins and Rewards
Mobrial Coins are non-transferable, have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and may only be used according to the Mobrial Coin Policy. Coins may be removed if an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, payment fails, or fraud is detected.
Limitation of Liability
Mobrial is not liable for loss caused by wrong customer information, courier delays, customer refusal, seller misrepresentation, force majeure, banking/payment gateway delay, manufacturer warranty delay, or any issue outside Mobrial's reasonable control. Mobrial's responsibility is limited to the product/order amount actually paid through Mobrial, subject to inspection, evidence, and applicable law.
Governing Law
These policies are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be handled through Mobrial's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved, the matter may be handled under applicable Pakistani law and relevant jurisdiction.
