Delivery and Inspection
Inspect deliveries promptly, retain packaging and evidence when reporting an issue, and use the order return process within the applicable window.
Fair Use
Harassment, fraudulent claims, review manipulation, chargeback abuse, and attempts to bypass marketplace safeguards are prohibited.
