Seller Policy
This Seller Policy applies to all approved sellers. In the first phase, Mobrial may act as admin and seller; in the multi-vendor phase, each seller must follow these rules strictly.
Seller Approval
A seller can sell on Mobrial only after approval. Mobrial may request CNIC, business name, shop address, NTN/STRN where applicable, bank account, contact number, business verification, product source proof, warranty terms, and return address.
Product Listing Rules
Sellers must list products honestly with correct title, real condition, original images where required, accurate price, warranty type, PTA status for phones, variant details, accessories, delivery city, return eligibility, and any defect/open-box/non-official condition. Fake, stolen, counterfeit, PTA-misrepresented, refurbished-as-new, or warranty-misrepresented products are not allowed.
Sealed Box and IMEI Rules
For mobile phones, sellers must keep product IMEI/serial number, box seal condition, invoice number, product images, dispatch video, courier tracking number, and courier weight where available. Sending a different IMEI/serial number makes the seller responsible.
Mandatory Dispatch Video
For mobile phones and high-value electronics, sellers must record product box, seal condition, IMEI/serial where visible, invoice/order number, accessories, packaging process, protection, final flyer/box, and courier label/AWB before courier handover. No dispatch evidence means seller dispute protection may be lost.
Packaging and Dispatch
Sellers must pack items safely using proper protection and tamper-evident packaging where possible. Late dispatch may result in cancellation, penalty, lower ranking, payout hold, or seller suspension.
Seller Payout
Seller payout may be released after delivery confirmation and dispute/return window. New sellers may have payout held for 7-10 days after delivery; trusted sellers may have 3-5 day holds. Mobrial may hold payout longer for complaints, refund requests, fraud suspicion, chargebacks, courier issues, or warranty disputes.
Seller Penalties
Mobrial may deduct charges, hold payout, suspend listings, or remove seller accounts for fake products, wrong products, used-as-new products, PTA/warranty fraud, missing accessories, poor packaging, late dispatch, repeated returns, complaint abuse, fake dispatch evidence, refusing valid returns, or taking customers outside Mobrial.
