Return and Refund Policy
These rules apply to orders, buyers, and sellers using Mobrial stores.
Eligibility
Buyers may request a return for an incorrect, damaged, materially misdescribed, or non-functional item within the return window shown on the order.
Request Process
Open the order in your customer dashboard, provide the reason and evidence, and keep the item, packaging, and included accessories available for review.
Inspection and Refunds
The seller and Mobrial may inspect the returned item. Approved refunds are issued through the recorded payment process after inspection and status confirmation.
Exclusions
Damage caused after delivery, missing serial labels, unauthorized repairs, or incomplete returns may be rejected. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
