Anti-Fraud & Evidence Policy

This policy applies to buyers, sellers, couriers, and platform users.

Seller Evidence

For high-value products, sellers should keep dispatch video, product photos, IMEI/serial record, invoice copy, packaging proof, courier receipt, courier weight, and tracking number.

Buyer Evidence

For claims, buyers should provide continuous unboxing video, clear photos, courier label/AWB, product box photo, IMEI/serial photo, description of issue, order number, and claim within allowed time.

Fraud Examples

  • Product swapping.
  • Empty box claim after opening.
  • Fake missing item claim.
  • Broken seal claim after self-opening.
  • Resealing box.
  • Using product then claiming return.
  • Fake payment proof.
  • Seller sending different product.
  • Seller selling used as new.
  • Seller hiding PTA/warranty status.
  • Buyer and seller collusion.
  • Taking deal outside Mobrial.

Action on Fraud

Mobrial may reject claims, cancel orders, hold payout, deduct courier/handling loss, suspend accounts, blacklist phone/address/device, remove seller listings, and report serious fraud to relevant authorities.
