Payment, Advance & COD Policy

Pakistan has high refusal and return risk in online shopping. Mobrial may apply advance payment and COD restrictions to protect the platform, sellers, and genuine customers.

Payment Methods

Mobrial may support debit/credit card, bank transfer, mobile wallet, payment gateway, payment link, partial advance, and Cash on Delivery where available. Available methods may vary by product, city, seller, order value, and fraud score.

Advance Payment

Mobrial may require partial or full advance payment for mobile phones, high-value electronics, new customers, risky locations, customized orders, special order items, customers with previous refusal history, or orders above a certain value.

Cash on Delivery

COD is not a right. Mobrial may enable, disable, or limit COD at its discretion for high-value products, repeated risky orders, fake details, unreachable customers, or high-return areas.

Customer Refusal After Dispatch

If a customer refuses a parcel after dispatch without valid reason, Mobrial may deduct forward courier charges, return courier charges, payment collection charges, and packing/handling charges where applicable.

Fake Payment Proof

Fake payment screenshots, edited receipts, reversed transactions, third-party payment disputes, or chargeback abuse may result in order cancellation, account blocking, and legal action.
