Product Authenticity & Warranty Policy

These rules apply to orders, buyers, and sellers using Mobrial stores.

Authenticity

Sellers must sell genuine products only. Counterfeit, stolen, illegally imported, wrongly declared, or misrepresented products are not allowed. For mobile phones, sellers must clearly mention PTA status and warranty type.

Warranty Types

  • Official brand warranty.
  • Distributor warranty.
  • Seller checking warranty.
  • Replacement warranty.
  • No warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty

If the product has official brand warranty, warranty claims after delivery acceptance may need to be handled through the official service center, distributor, or warranty provider. Mobrial may guide the buyer but is not responsible for manufacturer service center delays, warranty rejection, software policy, parts availability, or brand decision.

Checking Warranty

Seller checking warranty only covers the specific checking period mentioned on the product page or invoice. It does not cover misuse, physical damage, water damage, broken seal, software modification, password/lock issue, accessories damage, or buyer mishandling.
