Mobrial Coin Policy
Mobrial Coins are designed to reward repeat customers while reducing fraud risk.
How Users Earn Coins
Users earn 1 Coin for every Rs. 100 spent on successful orders. Coins are credited only after the return period ends. Cancelled, returned, refunded, failed-payment, or fraudulent orders do not earn coins.
Validity
Coins are valid for 12 months from the date they become available. Unused coins expire after 12 months.
Redemption Rules
- 100 Coins = Rs. 100 discount.
- Minimum redemption is 500 Coins.
- Maximum redemption is 20% of the order value.
- Coins cannot be used to pay the whole order.
- Coins cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to another account.
Bonus Coins
- First successful order: 100 Coins.
- Birthday promotions may grant 200 Coins where available.
- Festival promotions may offer double Coins.
- Verified product review after purchase: 20 Coins.
Referral Rewards
- The referrer earns 300 Coins after the referred customer's first qualifying order.
- The new customer receives 100 Welcome Coins on that qualifying first order.
- The first qualifying order must be at least Rs. 2,000.
- Referral rewards become available after the order is delivered and the 7 day return window ends.
- A customer can only be referred once, and referral attribution cannot be changed after registration.
Where Coins Can Be Used
Coins may be used for shopping discounts. Mobrial may later allow free shipping, exclusive coupons, and limited-time deals. Cash withdrawal is not allowed.
Anti-Fraud Rules
Coins are non-transferable, have no cash value, and are limited to one account per person. Fake orders, returned products, refunds, failed payments, or fraud may result in coins being removed and account action.
