These rules apply to orders, buyers, and sellers using Mobrial stores.
Delivery Area
Mobrial currently focuses on delivery within Pakistan. Delivery availability may depend on city, courier coverage, product type, seller location, payment method, and order value.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout and may vary by city, product weight, courier company, order value, seller location, and payment method. Free shipping applies only where clearly mentioned.
Delivery Time
- Same city: usually 1-3 business days.
- Other cities: usually 2-5 business days.
- Remote areas: may take longer.
- Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may happen due to courier load, public holidays, weather, strikes, wrong address, customer unavailability, payment verification, or security checks.
Multi-Seller Delivery
If a buyer orders products from multiple sellers, items may arrive in separate parcels. Each seller may dispatch from their own location. Mobrial is not responsible for combining parcels unless clearly offered.
Failed Delivery
Delivery may fail if the customer phone is off, address is incomplete, customer refuses parcel, customer is unavailable, area is not serviceable, payment is not ready, or customer requests delay repeatedly. Buyer-caused failed delivery may lead to courier and return charge deductions.
Parcel Inspection
The buyer must inspect external parcel condition before accepting and must make a continuous unboxing video before opening.
